Team Leadership & Sales Operations:

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing business development and project management teams.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics for sales effectiveness.
Drive CRM utilization, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline.
Support recruitment and development of sales talent.
