Shift Timings: 1st Shift (07.00 AM – 03.30 PM)

Job Function:

Must be familiar with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT).
Ability to identify component packages and values.
Must be able to set-up and operate automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printers, Pick N Place, and Reflow Ovens (Training Available).
Perform machine set-up/tear down and cleanup according to procedures.
Document and maintain quality records for machine set up, feeder exchanges and 1st Article inspection results according to procedures.
Able to perform visual inspections of SMT Assemblies.
Maintain a clean and orderly working area.
Communicate machine operation status and errors to SMT Support Staff./Production Supervisor.
Work with other team members to implement quality and performance improvement.

Knowledge/Skills/Certifications:

Knowledge of electronic components and the ability to work in a production line environment required.
Must be a self-motivated individual and work well in a team environment.
Ability to follow Manager’s/Supervisor’s Instructions.
Ability to Communicate well with Manager/Supervisor/Customers.
ESD Training.
Basic computer skills.
Safety Training.
